Just in case you were wondering... i'm still alive. Still taking any questions related to food. Or not even food. Maybe just unicorns, rainbows, and dinosaurs. Whatever.

A little bit about me: I am a classically trained chef, I've worked in many different restaurants, and I've worked with many different types of food, ranging from an American Steakhouse, traditional Asian cuisine, Italian, seafood, and many more. I've worked breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have also worked in bakeries, early morning, and evening time as well.
