First post!

Do you have any cooking or food related questions? Feel free to ask me! I will answer to the best of my ability, to ensure that you have the best answer for your questions!!!

A little bit about me: I am a classically trained chef, I've worked in many different restaurants, and I've worked with many different types of food, ranging from an American Steakhouse, traditional Asian cuisine, Italian, seafood, and many more. I've worked breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have also worked in bakeries, early morning, and evening time as well.

Any question about food, wine, beverages... I will answer it.
